Can I change my order?
If you find that you’ve made an error in the order, please contact us immediately using this form. We’ll do our best to correct the error. Orders that have already been processed cannot be changed. In this case you’ll have to send it back once you receive it. Unfortunately, in such case, we are unable to reimburse the shipping charges.

US Addresses: First shirt is $4.50 and additional shirts are $2.50 each
Canada: First shirt is $7.00 and additional shirts are $5.00 each
Everywhere Else: First shirt is $14.00 and additional shirts are $6.00 each

Additional costs due to duties, taxes and brokerage may appear on orders outside of the United Sates. Unfortunately, customs and countries outside of the USA, sometimes place a steep tax on packages arriving in countries across the world from the USA. We do not control these taxes.
How long to orders take to ship?
Generally, orders can take 3-5 business days to ship from the warehouse. Continental United States addresses can take 3-5 business days after that to receive other US Addresses can take 2-7 business days. Canadian orders can take 1-2 weeks while International locations can take 1-6 weeks to receive depending on the country’s customs.

Orders shipping by USPS are typically delivered in one to five days after your order has shipped. Deliveries to AK, HI, can take up to 7 days to be delivered.
Orders shipping by UPS International Premium are typically delivered in six to ten business days after your order has shipped. We cannot be responsible for any import duties or taxes, customs restrictions, or other regulations that apply on packages arriving in countries across the world from the USA. We encourage you to speak with your local authorities.
I need my order faster than your standard shipping time, can you help?
In most cases no. We are located in a very remote area which is a great distance away from what most people consider normal conveniences. We don’t really fit in with mainstream society so this is the best for all involved. Shipments and schedules are planned in advance so we ask that you do the same. We do our best to fill orders in timely fashion but are usually not in the position to cater to special requests.
I placed a large order but it was canceled and refunded?
We now require the billing address and shipping address to be matching on orders of over $100 unless paid through paypal. If they are not the same, your order will be canceled and refunded. International orders now require the billing address and shipping address to be matching unless paid through paypal.
How to I return a shirt?
If you’ve received the wrong product or the item is defective, you may choose to either be issued a store credit or to exchange it for a different item of equal value. Use the contact form and we will inform you how and where to send the return. If you need to exchange an item for a different size than you ordered you are responsible for the postage.
What kind of shirts do you print on?
We proudly use Gildan t-shirts. Size and Garment Info can be seen HERE.
Do you recommend any specific washing instructions?
Designs will last the longest if shirts are machine-washed inside-out in cold water. Be sure to wash dark colors separately, and don’t iron the design or have the shirt dry cleaned! Also, hang drying the shirts is preferable, but not necessary.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.
If using a prepaid visa or mastercard gift card you will need to register your card. You can do this by either calling the issuing provider, or by visiting their website. This information should have been supplied to you when you received the card. It may also be printed on the back of the card. When you make an online or purchase, the name, address, and phone number you use will need to be exactly the same as the information you provided when registering your card. If the information you provide differs from what was provided when the card was registered, the transaction may be declined. You can verify or update your information by visiting the card provider’s Web site, or by contacting them using the toll-free number provided in your card materials.
How secure is this store?
This store uses Mal’s Ecommerce to collect order information which is a tightly secured provider. Alternatively, paying through PayPal offers the same security with automatic encryption of your confidential information in transit from your computer using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
