How long should it take for my order to get to me?
Orders normally ship in 3-5 business days. Orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail which normally takes 2-3 days for delivery. During high demand times such as holidays shipping may take longer.
I live outside of the US and ordered my shirts over a month ago, what is going on?!
A: International orders tend to take longer to get to where they are going. Especially Canada and especially during the holiday season. There is no way for us to track orders outside of the US, so you will just have to be patient. If you order comes back to us for some reason, we will email you to let you know.
You sent me the wrong shirt (or size), now what do I do!?
Just let us know and we will correct the mistake. We will issue a return postage label for you to return the incorrect item and replace it with the correct one. On the other hand, if you received what was listed on your email confirmation and did not check it or notify us about a needed correction you will need to follow our exchange policy.
I ordered the wrong size, or I just plain don't like it. Now what do I do?
If you’ve ordered the wrong size or you've changed your mind you may choose to either be issued a store credit or to exchange it for a item of equal value.

Is my order secure?
When you are in the final checkout mode, you should see a lock shown on your browser somewhere at the bottom of your screen. This means that the order is secure. This is only important when submitting credit card information.
Can I view the status of my orders?
Yes you can do this at anytime. Simply click the "View Account" button located on the top of each page. Please note that in order for you to view your account you need to have created an account at the time of purchase.
Who do I contact with my questions, do you have a phone number i can call?

I forgot to put in my coupon code when I place my order can I still get my discount?
Sorry, but we can't add discounts to orders already placed. PLEASE remember to use your coupon while checking out. If the discount was that important to you, you'd have remembered it.
I paid by check, its been a while... What's going on?
Its simple.. For our protection, we hold your order until it clears through the bank. If you want your order to reach your door faster, please pay via credit card!
I keep getting an error message when I try to make an order, what gives?
something was probably entered incorrectly the first time you tried. Our credit card processor won't allow the same card number for the same dollar amount in a 24 hour period. I know it sounds like a pain, but this is for YOUR protection.
and please, if your card is declined the first time, don't keep trying over and over again. Some people try over 15 times to place an order with the same credit card all in the matter of minutes. It isn't going to work.
I made an order in error, can you just cancel it and refund my money?
So, you ACCIDENTALLY entered all of the correct credit card info, including the CVV2 code?
Depending on the time that has elapsed we reserve the right to issue you a store credit for the original amount.

You will be getting an email confirmation from us stating that we have received you order. You will also receive an email confirmation from our credit card processor stating that you payment has gone through. Cracksmokingshirts is owned by Wickedcrib.
My friends birthday is in two days, but I decided not to shop for him until now, can you send his present overnight? Will you FedEx it to me and use my FedEx account?
No, we aren't doing any express mail shipping at the moment and we will not make a trip to FedEx to ship your items. Plan ahead next time.

No, if you have a checking account there is no reason you don't have a paypal account, so use that..
I thought I ordered a large but my confirmation says small, can you change this?
We will do our best to make the change that you request but it would be much easier on us if you would review your order before you submit it.

Go ahead and reorder. Your previous order will be ignored due to the fact that we never receive a check from you.
I placed a large order but it was cancelled and refunded?
We now require the billing address and shipping address to be matching in orders of over $100 If the are not the same, your order will be canceled and refunded. The same applies to international orders. We do not accept orders for over $100 with a shipping address outside of the US.
